Hey, I'm Lucas Scharmer.

I created Entrepreneurs With Faith because I wanted something I couldn't find: a room of ambitious Christian entrepreneurs willing to talk honestly about business, faith, family, purpose, failure, and what we're actually building our lives for.

EWF isn't a massive conference where you disappear into the crowd. We intentionally keep the room small. We eat together, learn from one another, mastermind real businesses, challenge each other, and build relationships that continue long after the weekend ends.

The goal isn't just to build bigger businesses. It's to become better men while we build them.

Why EWF Exists

Who is EWF for?

Christian men who own, lead, or are building a business and want to grow without losing their soul, family, or faith in the process.

Is this a conference?

No. EWF is intentionally smaller, more personal, and more experiential. Expect honest conversations, practical strategy, and real brotherhood.

Do I need to be a full-time entrepreneur?

No. If you are carrying entrepreneurial responsibility, building something meaningful, or stepping into a bigger leadership role, this can be for you.

What happens after I sign up?

You will receive a confirmation email, event details, prep questions, and next steps for the retreat.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, as lodging, meals, materials, and other retreat expenses have already been committed based on attendance. If you're unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you on available options.
